Missing Files: custom.css and bg_dropdown.png

@Hans Mestrummake: Yes I made a custom.css and bg_dropdown.png myself. I understand the custom.css is missing so you don't accidentally overwrite you own file. bg_dropdown.png is still missing and yes - just create a transparent 1x1px png file to substitute and solve the problem. The 404 uses a lot of GPU time so it might be worth while.
