Theme (Site) - Loading slowly with white background during the first seconds

First i used Station2 (Free) without problems. A few days ago I use the SP3. Since I installed the StationPro3-Theme the blog loading slowly. Everytime if I click the "Home"- or other Button the sites are begin to load slowly and during the first seconds it shows the site without the theme (background, images, css). The Browser only shows the data (text). After 5 seconds the theme is loading and showing then correctly. What can be the problem with the performance. I didnt change something in options.

However, have you made sure to update to the latest WordPress? Also, the newest pro theme over an old free theme might rely on better technology that your host might not be fully suitable for, which hosting do you use? Thanks, Bryan

Updated newest. Hoster is "Strato".

This sounds atypical, but it never hurts to speed things up with a plug-in like WP-supercache.

I changed the hosting. Now its very fast. No problems.
