Link to Blog from nav

Here is my url: http://www.prodpi.com/ I was using this link: http://www.prodpi.com/?page=1 and it would link to our blog, now it just shows the homepage. Any tips on getting the blog to show, and which URL can I use? Thanks!

The URL depends on the permalinks that you set in the wp-admin SETTINGS panel, but generally speaking if you creat a nav item for it then make to set the correct "blog" page under SETTINGS > READING you shouldn't have a problem.
