EcoPro with Child Theme: editing pro.css

Recommended Posts

michaelsunsoundstudioscom

I have added a child theme to EcoPro and when I add changed parameters from pro.css, for my features, to the custom style sheet I don't see the changes. How do I edit pro.css without losing changes when the theme updates? Thanks.

Make sure that in your header, the custom.css stylesheet is getting loaded after pro.css otherwise CSS hierarchy will take over and you'll get bamboozled (probably the first time i've used the word) :)

Thanks for the heads up. I realized I wasn't even using the custom.css at all, and that works perfectly, so that was an easy solution. But will it lose changes when the theme updates?
