How can I change the overall size of my featured slider? Also how can i put the slider in the content section so the sidebar is directly to the right of it and not underneath it?

Hi there, it depends which slider you're using. The feature slider can be resized using the page meta option. The quickslider can't be resized, it will automatically take up the space available in the container.

If you go to the drag and drop page, you'll see two layout images at the top. On the right layout image click 'content-area' so it highlights blue. Then scroll down and click on the required template. Scroll down further to see the list of active and inactive sections. Slide the slider into the left hand list to make it active.

Make sure the page/site is set to sidebar in the layout settings and the slider will be next to the content.

Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.

      Hello
      I am using DMS 2 theme and I want to create a 2 different links on my website; each link should take you to a different blog post category. Although the process is easy, yet I can not figure out how to give each category page a unique design of its own; Any change I make on any page is applied to the other (I'm aware of the universal elements like the header and footer and I a am not talking about these.)
      Since I am new to wordpress in general, I am not sure if my description is sufficient; apologies if it is not.

      Is there a way to use the whole image in the feature slider as a link? I have searched the forum and noticed in 2011 this was posted and the reply was no. Has anything changed in 4 years?

      Hello All,

      My question is.. How do I add more social icons using the Navi section in Mobile Menu mode?

      The only two that show up are the Facebook and Twitter, from the information you fill out in the Site Setting > Social & Local.

      Please review site for example: www.napait.com

      I would like to be able to add custom icons such as other social and phone, map, contact icons after these social icons in the mobile menu. Basically want to move the phone icon into the social icons bar. Having looked for the right hook using Hooker plugin I still have been unsuccessful.

      Thank you in advance.

      I'm using features on the landing page of my website. My issue is that when the page loads the feature slider will resize itself every time. I've tried to tinker around with the layout of the site (static, responsive, %, px) and with the source images (not to big, the actual size) but it doesn't help. Any tips?

      The features images are not displaying properly. The first image is blank and the second displays this script: if (document:)document.getElementbyld("divcb6b4a52").style.height = (441-440)+"px";

      There should only be 8 images to display, but it adds two images before that are blank and have that text I indicated.
