Problem Viewing Pagelines Site Via Ip

Hi folks

Here's the background to my problem.

I am working on a clients new website but I do not have access to their actual domain name until the site is built. So I have to build the site using an IP address. After a conversation with my hosting co (Hostgator) I set it up (using these instructions to change the WP homepage http://tutorials.thenecroscope07.com/wordpress/changing_URLs.html) so I could view the site on this url http://74.52.155.20/~fosterwi/'>http://74.52.155.20/~fosterwi/ I tested this with the basic wordpress install and the front end default template displayed fine.

I then imported the wordpress and pagelines settings from my prototype/demo site here http://chasenet.co.uk/live/

As you can see here http://74.52.155.20/~fosterwi/'>http://74.52.155.20/~fosterwi/ something has gone awry.

Is there anything I can do to fix this so it works via IP address? Any help greatly appreciated

You have you urls set up wrong, take a screenshot of your wordpress general settings page and post it here.
