kathrynhooper 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2012 Hi I cannot seem to upload the program into wordpress to use the theme I have purchased. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I have downloaded the program that I purchased and gone to install it in wordpress but there is no .zip file. James B 436 Report post Posted October 19, 2012 Hi Kathryn, If you've downloaded to your desktop some computers will automatically unzip the file. You'll need to compress it back into a zip file and then upload to wordpress via appearance>themes in the wordpress dashboard. Danny+ 1,327 Report post Posted October 19, 2012 This is most likely an issue with your browser settings or if you're using a download manager add-on. I recommend you either following James suggestion above or check your browser/download manager settings for something like auto extract zip archives. Please search our forums, before posting!
