Hi, we've lost the FIXED header canvas area on http://www.countyflatroofing.co.uk/
Any ideas how we can get it back, or re-create it?
Thanks

Hi,
I have a site in development :
^ On this page there a ton of white space. I'd like for the div below the picture and main text to sit in this white page but when I move it there, the div shows up behind the picture.
Can anyone suggest a way for me to have the coloured box show up in that empty white space? Thanks for your help.

Hi Guys,
I have a issue which is frustrating me, which I am hoping you may be able to help me resolve.
I am trying to hide the global fixed top and the footer region on a number of pages.
An example URL is this one: www.noelgroup.ie/grabajob/
The CSS I am trying to use is the following:
.page-id-1313 .pl-fixed-top { display: none; } .page-id-1313 .section-ifooter { display: none; } I can't understand why it isn't working. Any suggestions you could provide me with would be very much welcomed and appreciated. Thanks, Gav. N.B. I did try to use Danny's suggestion on a previous forum post here: http://forum.pagelines.com/topic/37274-no-header-fixed-menu-for-certain-pages/ However, when I used this suggestion, the site became slightly "buggy" (if thats the right term) and while the fixed-top and the footer hid perfectly on the pages I specified, the menu and the footer tended to disappear once I logged out of the admin and I ended up having to re-add the sections a number of times before I dis-abled the pro tools "hide region" checkbox and unselected the areas to be hidden. -

Hello,
Since having switched to DMS2 I no longer see controls for fixing the header/menu position.
Additionally, I am frustrated to no end by the menu styling elements which seem straight forward but don't seem to work. It's a total crap shoot if my changes are ever applied. For some reason, the background is annoyingly set to blue even though I have adjusted no such settings in this way - I know I can set the select background color for this but that chucks transparency out the window. Finally, the color of the menu text will not simply appear unless I override the CSS which seems really wonky for a site builder.
Are there any plans to overhaul the UI any time soon? I I like what at first appears to be a platform comprising of simple yet powerful site building tools but I must say the UI and overall user experience feels shoddy and inconsistent. I've built dozens of websites on WordPress and using Suffusion and other highly customizable themes but none of them have been as challenging to derive my desired result as DMS.
Thanks in advance for your help and I hope no offense is taken from my remarks.

Installed and updated the plugin and could barely use wordpress. I did a scan and the speed was a D, I deactivated it and deleted it and now performance is better and backend loads better. Uninstalled all other plugins til I got to that and it is what was slowing site down. Just wanted to let you know.
