Resolved Changing the Header Image Link

Hi,

I am trying to change the blog header image to link back to the site's homepage. What's the best way to accomplish that? Specifically, want the www.elderbranch.com/blog header image to point back to www.elderbranch.com.

Hi,

You can try adding this to either the PageLines Customisation plugins or Child themes functions.php file.

add_filter( 'pagelines_site_logo', 'my_logo_url' );
function my_logo_url( $logo ) {
return '<a class="plbrand mainlogo-link" href="Add Link Here" title=""><img class="mainlogo-img" src="Add Path To Image Here" alt="" /></a>';

}

 

Please bear in my that you will need add both your URL and path to your logo image. There is most likely a better filter but my PHP skills are rather poor.

Thanks a lot. This worked, but then I decided I'd actually prefer to use the fixed navbar space for the logo, and want to update the URL that links to the logo there instead. Any ideas on how to change that one?

Try this instead.

 

add_filter( 'navbar_brand', 'my_logo_url' );
function my_logo_url( $logo ) {
return '<a class="plbrand" href="Add Link Here" title=""><img class="mainlogo-img" src="Add Path To Image Here" alt="" /></a>';
