When I sign into dashboard now, Pagelines features no longer appear

I was trying to move my pagelines site over to my bluehost doman, and somehow within the process I've lost access to the pagelines dashboard. Even though my MySQL Database and Apache webserver (through the bitnami wordpress stack app), are running and I type in the same address as before: http://127.0.0.1:8080/wordpress/wp-login.php I only see the wordpress dashboard. I was moving around a few wordpress folders to my desktop then back into my application folder, I'm afraid this is what caused this change, but I'm not sure. I've been working on this website for months now, and I really hope there is some way to salvage the information. Thank you so much for your help.

This sounds like your permalinks aren't saved after the move.

Simply go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. Change nothing. Just click "Save" and the permalinks will be updated. Likely, the slider is missing because a link is looking elsewhere and cannot find what it needs, like either images or jquery.

I did this and nothing changed. This is an image of my permalinks page: http://imgur.com/lG0o3 . As you can see, there are no pagelines links on the admin sidebar. What is the next possible solution?

Thank you for your help.

Are you sure you installed and activated PageLines on the new site?
