Problem with the widgets page - can't open widgets

Hi,

I'm trying to make changes on the widgets page but nothing is working.

I mean, when i try to clic to open a widget installed in the primary side bar, nothing happens.

Same thing when i clic on a widget bar, available widgets or inactive widgets. It's like that in this page ( Appearance / Widgets ), nothing is working, the widgets page doesn't response at all but all the others pages of the dashboard are ok.

First, it's best to disable plugins other than those provided through PageLines.

See if that fixes the problem.

If it doesn't, please take a screenshot of the problem and upload it here. To do so, click "More Reply Options".

Hi Rob,

my problem is in anywhere in the Widgets page, nothing is working. I mean when I clic on a widget, or even on the secondary side bar for exemple. Or even in Screen options in the top of this page....

I did a screen shot of my Plugins.

Help me please!

First, that's not a widget page. That's the installed plugins. So you're in the wrong place.

Widgets are held at Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets.

You can only open settings for select plugins from the plugins page.
