danielfinn 1 Report post Posted September 26, 2012 I am wanting to create a home button in my NavBar. I noticed that when you first install Wordpress you are automatically given a Home button which links to the URL of your blog. I since deleted this button and would like to know how to get it back? At present, I am resorting to creating a home page at the URL http://danielfinn.co.uk/home'>http://danielfinn.co.uk/home and then redirecting it to http://danielfinn.co.uk using the 'page links to plug-in. The reason I am concerned with this is because I am now working on SEO for my blog and have been told that this method of redirecting page may not be suitable for optimisation and search-ability. Rob 547 Report post Posted September 27, 2012 Daniel if you go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus, you can create a custom link for home in your menu. You can implement an image tag (traditional HTML) in the title field for a home image, if you wish.
