After updating to latest version of iBlogPro5, the logo doesn't appear correctly on iPad, iPhone and smartphones. Is there any issue with viewport tags?? how to make the logo resized automatically when the site is opened on different display screen.

Hi,

I have just viewed your website on both my new iPad and iPhone 5 and your logo looks fine. What is the issue ? Can you provide a screenshot please.

According to the screenshots, it looks like the banner ad is blocking the right side of the logo. Do you want the logo to be resized or (if possible) the banner ad?

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

I think you need to use Google's mobile ads for responsive sizing. Their regular ads are a fixed size and will not resize according to the OS.

You may need to create a redirect to a mobile view. I'm not expert in this, but perhaps you need one of our pros who knows more. The one thing I do know is that the leaderboard is not resized in mobile screens.

I don't agree with you...You haven't read what the issue was!

I told earlier it was fine but after blogpro5 theme update and pageline framework update, the issue has arrived. this is nothing to do with resizing of ad.. If that is the case then you cannot see a pixel of logo in the screenshot I share (landscape).

Can you answer the following questions please.

1. How did you add the google ad to your banner.

2. What did your header look like before the recent update, can you provide a screenshot please?

I can provide screenshot 'ONLY' if you can provide me earlier version of iBlogPro 5 theme and pageline framework prior to 2.3... When pagelines pushes an update, we simple click the update button. We never install the ad again.. If the site was working correctly earlier, it MUST work fine now as well.

Anyway! As an alternative, I have however, made the site with static width..

The iBlogPro5 theme (or perhaps the pagelines framework) is not mobile/tablet friendly!! You must ask the developer to dig into the issue or push an update.

You can close the thread - but - the issue is 'UN-RESOLVED'

There is no header ad on your site, it isnt easy to debug something with a screenshot, if you re-enable the ad and set the site like you want maybe we can help.

We cant tell if there is an issue or not as it is.

We dont close threads and we dont have an un-resolved status for posts. and I'm sorry your not a happy customer.
