jigoshop frontend css editing

Recommended Posts

brightonkeller

I'm trying to create a store on my blog - http://www.brightontheday.com/ebkart and am having issues editing the correct file to manipulate/edit the image size of my (catalogue view) product page.

The images are now set "important" at 150px width and height and cannot figure out how to override this with the correct css location.

Yes, I have the pagelines jigoshop plugin.

Yes, I am aware there is a "checkbox" in the general settings tab for jigoshop that disables frontend css

Yes, I have searched for answers in this forum and have searched the entire "knowledge base" on jigoshop website.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions! thanks so much.

Suggestions:

1. Check Dashboard > Setting > Media and make sure the thumbnail size is set to the size you wish.

2. Try adding the following to Dashboard > PageLines > Site Options > Custom Code > CSS Rules:

ul.products li a img {

    max-width: 75%;

}

3. Adjust the 75% to any number you wish that works for you.

Thanks so much! After regenerating my thumbnails, that solution worked like a charm!

I have another issues now - if you have any suggestions. When you click on a PRODUCT and go to its "details" - the image sizes aren't really working right. I would like it to look like the thumbnails on the right side of the picture, like on the attachment. Or at least something similar.

AS is, all the photos are aligned to the left and the "main" image isn't very large.

Let me know if you have any suggestions!

Add the following to Custom Code > CSS Rules:

div.product div.images div.thumbnails {

    margin-left: 260px;

    margin-top: -280px;

    overflow: hidden;

    padding-top: 10px;

    position: relative;

}

      I am using Jigoshop on a website that also uses PL5 and am running into an issue where the store pages do not allow me to use the PL5 editor. Is anyone else having this problem or know if a solution?
      When I open the Chrome console I see the following error:
      site.js?ver=b199df:5 Uncaught ReferenceError: PLData is not defined
          at Object.setMasterModel (site.js?ver=b199df:5)
          at Object.init (site.js?ver=b199df:5)
          at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (site.js?ver=b199df:5)
          at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
          at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
          at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
          at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)

      The problem can be seen here: http://fingerlakesdistilling.com/shop/ where the sidebar, footer, and header do not show up. Any thoughts?
      Thanks so much!

      Hi there!

      I'm starting up a webshop for a client using DMS 2 and Jigoshop.
      Everything work fine but the products doesn't show, even if i add a new product and want to preview it, it's a blank space where the product should appear.
      I have been searching for 2 days but can't find any solution.

      Don't say it's a Jigoshop issue, everything work if i change the theme to Twenty Fifteen.

      When i first started i know everything worked fine and i could see all the products, but as i remember there was a Pagelines language upgrade a few days ago. After upgrading the problem started.

      Website url: http://www.webbshop.hrcgruppen.se
      Framework version: DMS 2
      Wordpress version: v.1.1-sv_SE
      Plugin use: DMS Professional tool v1.8.5
      Jigoshop v 1.16.1
      Pagelines updater v1.2.6

      Please help!

      Hello Support,

      The jigoshop part of or Brandnav menu doesn't show anymore after upgrading. Static pages wtil show, jigoshop pages not. Everything still excist in the backend, menustructure, menu location, etc. but not in the frontend. I have activated the default 2014 WP theme and the menu items are visible, but not with Paglines Framework.

      Any suggestions; It is very urgent because we need or shop back online ASAP.

      Kind regards
      Christel

      Details: It says DMS2 supports WooCommerce, but when I try to use it the plugin just breaks the DMS2 framework, looks like DMS2 does not support any ecommerce plugin, I have contacted a "third party member" Ellen Moore which she has created some solutions for past Pagelines WooCommerce builds and she says she is working on an update for the plugin. My client is waiting for the page to be finished and I cannot continue. Botton line is that I need to create a store. Please offer a solution.
