Login Page and Button Problem

Recommended Posts

We tried using the Theme My Login plugin and set to use the default Pagelines Theme, But the Submit Buttons looks very odd along with Text input boxes different lengths at.

How to get the button right and how to customize the button.

And whats the best way to get the input text box aligned professionally.

The above problem is in both content and widget areas.

I see your problem, which apparently is a CSS conflict. You'd need to do one of the three things below:

Use CSS to re-style the style code provided by the plugin - which requires Firebug http://www.getfirebug.com

Seek the developer's input and support.

Use http://austinpassy.com/wordpress-plugins/custom-login/ which works perfectly with PageLines (I use it) While this doesn't put login/lost password/registration forms in the site, it does provide all of them and allows you to nicely style them with built in tools and no CSS required.

Of all the Items that is on Pagelines Shortcode, the Signup on the Settings page is the biggest miss, can anybody tell me how i can add the Signup Shortcode on a link my footer so that users can subscribe to my blog directly or better still to create the shortcode myself if thats possible, but instead of adding a new button somewhere down, i think its better to add the Signup shortcode to an existing link, Thanks

At the bottom of this post, there is a CSS only option that I have implemented into my site. It looks brilliant, and I am super grateful for that addition to the thread. The only issue I am having is that the code he provides does not include all of the styling options for the button itself.
My question is, how might I go about editing the styling of the button i.e. shadows, every element of the coloring, and border colors?
No big deal if it's not easy to fix. Happy to provide any further information if necessary.
      Kind regards,
P.S. I have opened up the button in Google Dev window with Inspect and start editing it there, but it looks like there are some areas of the code that are connected to an external source (most likely bootstrap) and therefore I can't seem to edit it as much as I would like.

With the great options to make price tables, i would skip the button under every option. But .... how can I do this?
