Footer background image only showing on homepage

Recommended Posts

Hi. I am using a bit of CSS to put a background image in the footer of the site. It seems to work okay on the home page, but on every other page it is not displayed. The widgets in the footer are shown, just not the background image. You can see what I mean with these two links: http://www.wonderdogs.ca/ http://www.wonderdogs.ca/school-for-dog-trainers/ This is the CSS I am using:

#footer { height: 222px;
		background-image:url(images/bkwd-footer-bg.jpg);
		background-repeat: repeat-horizontal;
		background-position: top center;
		}
	#morefoot {height: 201px;
	           background-image:url(images/bkwd-footer-bg.jpg);
	           background-repeat: repeat-horizontal;
	           background-position: top center;}

Any insight??

Hi, The issue is that you're using a relative URL for your footer background image. When you change to a different page, the URL changes to and therefore, your footer image relative path is no longer relative to the CSS. Add the full URL for the image and your issue should be resolved. bkwd-footer-bg.jpg
