How to align social icons vertically in header

Recommended Posts

followfundraising

Hey guys Is there a simple CSS Rule or function.php fix to make the social icons align vertically and not horizontally in the header area? Reason - have a web logo, using a hook to include a banner ad, and the vertical icons would be a better balance of space... www.shackeltonepic2013.com Plus they want them vertical... :)>- Thanks in advance, this is such an awesome forum for support, kudos to you all. Kris

Hey Danny Sorry, it was incorrect - here's the link http://shackletonepic2013.com So I have a web banner in place now, wider than I would like, but vertical social icons may look good if there is a simple CSS Rule for this? In a perfect world - 2 rows of 2.... K

Hi, Unfortunately, two rows of two is not possible out of the box or with a CSS hack as far as I know. If you wish to have this type of layout for your social icons. I recommend you contact one of our Pros. http://www.pagelines.com/pros/ However, to have them in a single column, add the following code to your custom CSS.

.icons { bottom: 75px !important; width: 24px; }
	.icons a { display: inline !important; float: none !important; }
