jasonhobbs 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2009 Is there a way to ad an advertisement, of the skyscraper variety (160x600), outside the right-hand side of the sidebar for every page/post of the entire site? Is there a way to create a template like the following: For our home page we would like to have a page where there was a highlight box with the text on the left and the image or media on the right and then below it there would be two columns, one on the right is a sidebar and on the left are the new posts as the are posted by us, displaying the individual posts along the lines of how this page shows them. We would be happy to pay for the creation of a template like that, depending on price of course.

Andrew 207 Report post Posted December 2, 2009 Is there a way to ad an advertisement, of the skyscraper variety (160x600), outside the right-hand side of the sidebar for every page/post of the entire site? Yes, absolutely. You will need to make some theme changes though. Do you need to have it next to your standard sidebar? For our home page we would like to have a page where there was a highlight box with the text on the left and the image or media on the right and then below it there would be two columns, one on the right is a sidebar and on the left are the new posts as the are posted by us, displaying the individual posts along the lines of how this page shows them. (That's where we would start) As for a 'custom' template, we can help guide you to get what you want, but don't have the resources right now to build it for you. Andrew 207 Report post Posted December 3, 2009 We would like to have it next to our sidebar, yes but is there a better option in your mind? Well you would need to get the space from somewhere, so if you had it 'next' to the sidebar, you'll need to shrink it or the content. Guidance on the second one would be greatly appreciated! Right now, Its easiest to answer specific questions you have. I will keep this in mind and later this month when we're going some video tutorials I'll try and add one for this
