How do I prevent type overlap on the front page?

Recommended Posts

This is two issues: 1. Posts next to the image on the front page has type overlapping pagelines_type_overlap.jpg 2. Images placed in posts do not show up on the front page. The post from August 17 - Getting NHTSA...- has an image in it that doesn't show up on thr front page. Do I need to upgrade to fix these issues? Thanks guys.

Well, first, the image on that front page is actually the source of the doubled over text. There's no text created in any PageLines products that writes into an image since we don't do image editing. That's the result of someone's upload of a badly created image file. If you're trying to include a specific image in the homepage, you need to have a static home page created and set, into which you're adding the image you want. You don't need to upgrade, though it's highly advisable that you do.

Thanks range, the image was the source of the issue. Somebody had uploaded a .bmp file. Didn't know they still made those.
