Faulty Homepage

Recommended Posts

I want my homepage to be my blog page, but I'm pretty sure I deleted my blog page and can't get posts to feed to my "Home" page. I also published a second page last night, and it has now taken over as the homepage. Even when I click on my "Home" button it still links back to me "Mission Statement" page. Help?

By default the home page is already the blog page, but you might've made a change by accident. 1. What are your settings in Settings > Reading on your Dashboard? (The settings shown for "Front page displays": http://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_Reading_Screen)

JK, my homepage now displays posts, but when I return to my "Home" page via the "Home" button, it no longer displays posts

How did you implement your menu? Are you using a custom menu set up in Appearance > Menus? If so, you'll need to configure the menu items in that menu. Please see this reference: http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen

Hi You can make a custom menu Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menu Select a "menu name" Add Custom Link for example URL: http://concertforcasa.org/ Label: Home and then add your "Pages" Mission Statement Line Up Finally select at Primary Website Navigation "your menu name" Go to Pagelines > Site Option > NavBar in NavBar and Fixed NavBar Menu select "your menu name" Please see this reference for more information, like said @Catrina http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen

Hi, I recommend you follow Batman's suggestion above and create your own custom Menu.
