Custom Excerpts for Feature Posts

I am loving the feature metapanel on posts. Awesome addition! It's so nice not to have to create separate features for each of my posts. The only problem I've having with it are the excerpt's it's creating. By default, it's grabbing the first 30 words or so from my post. However, I would rather write a short intro to the article, and have that be the excerpt. Is this possible?

Ahh, I found it! For those who find this post later down the road, all you have to do is click the "Screen Options" button (in the upper right-hand corner) while you're editing to post and check the "Excerpt" box.
