Hey everybody. This is my first post here, so please forgive if I'm asking a dumb question or "should know" the answer. Though I've been muddling along using Pagelines for a while now (and think it's great), I'm hardly anything close to an expert on this theme/framework. I should also note that I've tried finding an answer to my question but have had no luck. OK. Enough with the preamble... I want to do something that I think should be really simple. I want to run a rotating banner ad in the header or above the main text area. I've been provided the code (actually the:

Hi Karl, My initial suggestion would be to try a content box (effectively a blank container) and seeing if your code works there. You can paste the code/script into the meta settings on the site wide defaults page (Pagelines>Page Options>Site Defaults). Failing that let us know a bit more about the particular script you're intending to us, the developers might need some more info to be able to advise where and whether it could be executed in a particular area using a particular section etc. Let us know if this works or if you require further assistance.


Kindly search the forum and read the documentation before posting. It will help you resolve many issues.

For CSS help be sure to check out W3Schools first and be sure to download FireBug for FireFox for troubleshooting.
