Can't see Blog Page as a choice of template

I use PlatformPro for my site (www.salestrakr.com). I also use Framework for a site I'm building for a friend. On this site, I have blog posts. But, I cannot put those posts on a page. I also cannot choose the blog template for a page. I've created a "blog" page and now just need to ensure posts show there. I've looked over and over at my setup on Salestrakr.com. I have it all working there. Not sure what I did right there and not right in Framework. Need some help.

In Settings > Reading, did you set the blog page you created as the posts page?

I'm convinced I'm developing Alzheimers at 50. Duh. Thanks very much.
