Page title comes after site name in HTML title since 2.2.4 update

Hi guys- Have an odd problem since doing the update to 2.2.4 last night. My site title is "Pocket Tactics - Mobile Strategy Game Reviews for Android, iPad, and iPhone" - it's a bit long-winded, I know, but for SEO purposes it works nicely. The site title used to come after the names of posts in the HTML title, as is logical. Since updating to 2.2.4, the site title now comes before the post title. Here's a random example but any page on the site delivers the same results: http://pockettactics.com/2012/06/26/battle-bulge-it-moves/ How did this happen? Can I fix it? Cheers, thanks in advance guys!

The site title always was before the site description/page title. We changed the way TITLE is written, using the wp_title() filters so SEO plugins can easily override it.

Okay, so I've opened up my SEO plugin (nice deduction, @simon) and I've found a field for specifying a post title template. I've found that the variables for the site name and site description are %%sitename%% and %%sitedesc%% - is the post title variable %%wp_title%%?

I'm not sure. Seems logical. Verify by checking with the folks at WordPress. They probably have it in their well-documented Codex.

I'm having this exact same problem. Our site titles no longer respond to Yoast SEO plugin since upgrading Pagelines. pockettactics, did you find a solution to this?

@musicianwages The topics may not be related, therefore can you create a new topic regarding your issue please. In your post, can you also provide how you wish to have your page titles setup.
