Compatible Terms of Use Plugin?

"Terms of Use" plugin froze my site and couldn't get access to WP. Had to contact Gator Host and we disabled the plug in. Is there a "terms of use" plug in that satisfies google and keeps the TL framework happy?

I do not know of any Terms of Service (or Use) plugins. However, most people simply create a page for this, which fully satisfies Google's requirement. This works perfectly for me: http://www.epicurus.com/terms-of-use. They also want you to have a Privacy statement as well, which again, is usually a simple page. The best practice is to make a link to both in your footer area.
