Never heard back from the affiliate registrar

I went through the process last weekend (Sunday, I think) to fill out the affiliate forms online..., I never received the confirmation email..., fixing up the footer of my site today, and would like to add the Pagelines watermark active link as an affiliate... Perhaps I was rejected? ;-) What's the next move.
