Home button fir the xth time

Recommended Posts

Hi, I see the Home button issue has been posted and addressed quite a few times. Unfortunately, I don't find the answer to my question. My front page is set to show my latest posts (via Settings>Reading). is there a way to have the "Home" button point to this same configuration? That is, when i click on Home, i want to see the exact same thing as when I load the blog the first time. Thanks in advance. Max.

Yes, it's very simple. Provide the link to your site and I can write a solution real quick. Thanks, Bryan

Okay, if you're using WordPress 3.0 this will be super easy, just go to: Appearance > Menus Then delete the current "Home" tab and manually add back in your own: Home http://www.crowdl.com/r/'>http://www.crowdl.com/r/ If you're not using WordPress 3.0, go to: Plugins > Add New then search, activate and install the plugin "Redirection". You'll then find it's settings under Tools. Set: http://www.crowdl.com/r/'>http://www.crowdl.com/r/?page_id=4 to forward to: http://www.crowdl.com/r/'>http://www.crowdl.com/r/ Thanks, Bryan

Really cool, mucho gracias. Option 1 works for me. My difficulty was due to the fact that I didn't really have a menu. I just had a bunch of pages that were automatically added as menu items.

Okay, well that's good. Now you can see you have full control over the menu, probably the most important WordPress update in a long time. Thanks, Bryan
