White Dots showing in IE (Features)

Using http://www.netrenderer.com to see what my site looks like in IE (I'm using Safari on my Mac), there are tiny white dots on my Feature image. The image itself doesn't have any white dots, looks great on Safari but somehow White dots appear when using IE. Has anyone seen this or has any suggestions?

Hi, These White dots do not appear when viewing your website in Adobe Browser Lab, so this is probably an issue with Net Renderer.
