center the second navigation under the feature area

Hi. I am trying to center the secondnav under the feature area. These are the selectors i found with firebug, It seems that the "text-align:center"tag does not working... Text-align: center won't center the navigation. Rather, it's for center aligning text within a container. Try adding this CSS attribute for [b]#secondnav ul[/b]: [code]margin-left: 500px;[/code]
