No Screen Options on Dashboard

I am trying to adjust the columns displayed on my Posts screen. When I click on Screen Options for the Posts or the Dashboard, the Screen Options are empty. I have tried deactivating and reactivating all Plugins, but the Screen Options remain empty. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Guess try a different browser? The screen options are handled by WordPress. Try deactivating ALL the plugins and dont re-activate them, and also clearing your browser cache. The screenshot still shows jetpack active.
