Problem w/ menu bar on MUD child theme

Hello, I downloaded the the MUD theme and I have problems having the effect on the menu that is shown on the DEMO. I followed the instruction and even imported the settings but I can't make it look like the DEMO (with the transparency, the + symbol and the moving effect). Any help please? REALLY, GUYS?...... :) Nick, I followed your instructions and my menu is working perfectly. For that thank you, I really love your work...but, really, is there an instruction for this somewhere? How could I figure out this procedure? This is not a complaint... little details like this can be easy for you guys but big monsters for us who take the risk to dare to understand any level of code. I don't think there is documentation on this (I think because it's a super specific solution for a specific problem). :)
