Callout Button not showing on IE

Hi. I seem to have run into a slight issue on showing the "get started" button for the callout on IE. Any settings that I need to adjust?

Are you looking to have the link on the button open into a new window? I tried in both FireFox and IE and the button seems to be appearing and when clicked opens to the contact page but not in a new window.

It doesn't have to open in new window. Client just indicated that the button is completely missing in IE.

I would verify the version of IE they are using. I have IE9 installed and it's working perfectly fine. Older browsers may not work properly or as intended because of HTML5 or transparency issues: http://www.pagelines.com/forum/discussion/17308/older-browsers-support#Item_3
