Local host to Server? for Pagelines Framework

Hi, I am very new to Pagelines and as a web developer used to html and putting to server from dreamweaver so forgive me for being a bit dim here.. I downloaded purchased platform pro and installed on my local host, had a play around but didn't actually create my own theme but just edited the base template, used the boxes did some custom css etc. This is where I get confused.. how to I get the modified base theme or what I have done to the structure/setting, how do I put this onto server? I made the mistake of creating content as on the pages but I am guessing I can just export and import but am lost on the whole process of the theme??? What I have done so far on the server is just install the standard wordpress.. that's it!! everything else is on my local host.. Sorry..would be great if someone could help me understand the process would be brill? Thanks Debra
