Contact form 7 support says it's a theme thing

I have looked high and low for the answer and everywhere I go online the result is that I need to modify the CSS in my theme. Here's what I'm trying to do - The file upload bar extends past the sidebar column and I can't figure out how to decrease the width of the file upload field. Online support forums say the change needs to be made in the theme. Any thoughts as to what I need to do?

Just clarify. This is a plugin you are using with PageLines, correct? I tried to use CSS with your site to add the width: xx%; or even the width: xx px; element and it would not work on the file input line. It would change the input lines above it. We don't support CSS for third party plugins so I would suggest playing around with FireFox with FireBug to see if you can get it to work or possibly calling them again to see if they might help you with the CSS part...
