turning absolute URLs into relative URLs

Received this note from my client:

The pagelines code seems to generate absolute URLs, rather than the (preferred) relative URLs The site is now live, but the internal links are absolute, which shows the full path to the wp folder in the nav bar. Hopefully this is a quick fix/setting change in WP or PL

I don't know how to change this. Can someone please help me with this?

I don't think that's PL only. WordPress does the same thing. Which specific links are your client asking about?

Thanks so much, rangelone, for the quick response. I am a Plus member but cannot login for some reason. I believe his issue is with the navigation. This was created at rjakes.com/wp/ . I believe my client took his rjakes.com site and redirected it to this site. When you type in http://rjakes.com the new wordpress/PL site appears, but when you use the navbar it becomes http://rjakes.com/wp/ again and the url for the about page is http://rjakes.com/wp/about/ instead of http://rjakes.com/about/ Is there a simple fix when you redirect? Does it need to be made at the domain hosting level perhaps, or can I do it here?

Well.. the menu. Heaven help us... that menu. Everyone (your client, for example) believes that the Framework makes the menu. As you know, the Framework positions it, styles it, but doesn't actually create it. That's pure WordPress. When you (or your client) login to the dashboard, you go to Appearance > Menus not to PageLines to create menu items. WordPress is the guilty party here :) and fortunately, not us. I'm sure WordPress has a good reason for making the links absolute, but have you tried making the links custom and using a relative path? I suspect WP would convert them to absolute anyway.
