creatov 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2012 I cannot find out what is causing this issue, but the postpins plugin on my site http://www.creatov.nl is not showing up properly. It is not limiting itself to 1 column. Is there someone who can help me out with this? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Rob 547 Report post Posted July 16, 2012 I don't use the plugin, so I'm unfamiliar with its settings. Does it say it will be responsive in one column? Does the site navigate to the other pins? Former PageLines Moderator, Food Expert and Raconteur Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
creatov 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2012 The normal behavior of the plugin (and you can see that with your desktop browser) this is what is normally does. So I do not understand how it has to work and why it doesn't work like than on iPhone. Maybe the top menu, but that is also PageLines standard... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
catrina 103 Report post Posted July 17, 2012 I'm not sure what could be the discrepancy between a computer browser and iPhone's browser. You may need to contact the plugin creator to see if they have better insight since I'm not so familiar with this plugin. Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to. Designer | Catrina Dulay Founder | Catrina and Mouse Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Danny+ 1,327 Report post Posted July 17, 2012 Hi Creatov, Can you post your Layout Settings here please or screenshot them so we can see. As what should happen is that the PostPins should be in one column and appearing underneath each other. Please search our forums, before posting! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
creatov 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2012 Here are the screenshots with the Layout settings for the PostPin plugin: Site defaults: http://www.screencast.com/t/37AETCVjXo Blog Page options: http://www.screencast.com/t/EsTzXvUROJf The overall layout Settings: http://www.screencast.com/t/Dlp9Fue54 To be complete, I've added some extra CSS for the postpins plugin:
.postpin .pin-meta a:hover { border-bottom: 1px solid #E37222; color: #333; } .postpin .pin-img, .postpin .pin-img img { border-radius: 4px; }
That's all I think or do you need more? Danny+ 1,327 Report post Posted July 18, 2012 Thanks for the information Creatov. As a test can you remove the 220px width value from Blog Page settings and see if this resolves the issue. Please search our forums, before posting! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
creatov 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2012 Still no solution: http://www.screencast.com/t/YcEwjwJa Now I have 1 row, but this one is too wide.. That's strange. Something is making the body section of the post-pins plugin too wide, but I cannot figure out what... If you have any idea what can cause this, I'll be very happy. creatov 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2012 Wow, now I have finally a fix... The settings I have changed is the Site Design Mode, changed it from Full-Width Sctions to Fixed0Width Mode http://www.screencast.com/t/Jm1aWmeMKAJf I do not understand this... That should not be any difference. But for now I'm happy. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
