ehempler 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2012 I need to hide the sidebars and header by default for my site. After doing that I went back through the setting to show the header and sidebars for various areas of the site, but I can't seem to turn them on for blog posts and pages...not sure what step I missed, but I thought I would look into it. catrina 103 Report post Posted July 15, 2012 Have you already implemented the PageLines Meta Settings in the blog post and page editor pages? Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to. Designer | Catrina Dulay Founder | Catrina and Mouse
ehempler 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2012 I have and it looked like I would have to go back and edit every single page and post. Thought maybe there would be a short cut to change all of it
Rob 547 Report post Posted July 15, 2012 I do not believe there are global settings to hide the header. The purpose of the header is essentially to ensure it's constancy throughout the site. However, on a global basis, you can go to Dashboard > PageLines > Page Options > Blog Page and set the page to full width. I'm not sure how many posts and pages you have to deal with. My site has over 40,000 posts and over 1,000 pages, so you have my sympathies. Former PageLines Moderator, Food Expert and Raconteur
