Hiding Box Titles ??“ Framework 2.2.3

Hi there I just upgraded one of my recent websites to PageLines Framework 2.2.3 and the code that used to work to hide the box titles doesn't work anymore ??“ I had to use " to hide them. Any clues? Thanks. .page-id-628 div.fboxtitle {display:none !important;}
