Cant change header or footer in new pagelines version?

hey guys, I upgraded from 1.5 to 2.2.3 and I can't seem to make my header look normal anymore. Now its very large and non transparent. You can go to my store page to see what it should look like. Also, my 4 column footer disappeared. I have to get this fixed asap as my site stays very busy, so any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

Please deactivate your active plugins and see if the problem persists.
