bosket 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2012 Hi guys! I'm new to Pagelines and I'm experiencing a banal issue: even checking the "hide search field" option I can't get it hidden actually. I've also activated the Pagelines debug option and here there's the information I was given: WordPress Version : 3.4.1 Multisite Enabled : No Current Role : Administrator Framework Path : /home/bosket95/usdvallecervo.it/wp-content/themes/pagelines Framework URI : http://www.usdvallecervo.it/wp-content/themes/pagelines Framework Version : 2.2.2 Framework Build : 2.2.2 PHP Version : 5.2 Mysql version : 5.1.39-log Sections DIR : Unable to write to {PL_EXTEND_DIR} /home/bosket95/usdvallecervo.it/wp-content/uploads/2012/07 PHP type : Cgi-fcgi PHP User : xxxxxxxxxx OS : Linux Launchpad : Logged in ( xxxxxxx ) Licence : Dev
Stefan 6 Report post Posted July 12, 2012 Hey bosket, Make sure you have the "Nav Classic" section activated - the option is for the nav classic, not the NavBar :) However, judging your debug, you might also have a permissions issue with your "uploads" folder.. it should be writable. Can you check the permissions on it?
bosket 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2012 Hi Stefan, how can I activate the "Nav Classic" section? Thanks in advance. I'm a bit awkward.
catrina 103 Report post Posted July 12, 2012 You can get the section from the PageLines Store (via your Dashboard) by going to the "Sections" category, finding it, and installing it. Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to. Designer | Catrina Dulay Founder | Catrina and Mouse
