Standard NavBar Still Showing

I have "Enable Fixed Navigation Bar" checked and it is displaying, but the Standard Nav Bar is still showing too. On the both the Standard NavBar drop down menus I've left it at -SELECT-. Maybe this is an easy fix, but I can't see it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
