pehja+ 12 Report post Posted July 9, 2012 Hi! I am trying to put a shortcode in the header. I am creating a shop and would like to put a shortcode snippet from jigoshop in the header. I am not so good at the hook thing. But if someone could point me in the right direction. This is the code [jigoshop-mini-cart] And I would like it to be visible on all pages. Rob 547 Report post Posted July 9, 2012 You can add a sidebar to the header in Drag & Drop, then, using a text widget in that sidebar, apply your shortcode... However, it will not be aligned with the branding or menus. It will be on its own with lots of padding. pehja+ 12 Report post Posted July 14, 2012 Hi, this topic should be in framework not platform pro. Should I make a new thread? Question is, I would like som help adding a hook in the header to put a cart-shortcode. Could this be done? Danny+ 1,327 Report post Posted July 16, 2012 Hi Peter, I don't think you can add shortcode to a hook, if you wish to use the shortcode you will need to use the Universal Sidebar. Please search our forums, before posting!
pehja+ 12 Report post Posted July 16, 2012 Ok Thanks absolutely perfekt! One more thing though Could I move the widget to the far right? Professionell musician | Webbdesigner | Apple freak

Danny+ 1,327 Report post Posted July 20, 2012 Hi Peter, Yes you can, you need to apply CSS to the Universal sidebar. Something like: position:absolute; right:0 It's difficult to assist you without a link to the site. Please search our forums, before posting!
