Changing LogIn Image

Stupid question...but it's got me frustrated. How do you change the profile image in the upper right-hand corner...where it says "Howdy, Randall Helling"

Randall, click on your name at the very top of this page... your profile will come up. On the right sidebar you can see the option to Change or Add your image.

I'm sorry...I must be dumb. ;-) If I click on my name...my WordPress profile comes up...but there is nowhere to change or add an image. If I hover over my name...I get "Edit My Profile"...but it takes me to the same place. I can 'view all users' when I get to 'users' area in WordPress...it show me as admin and a picture of me....but I can't seem to change and/or delete that picture from anywhere?!?
