How can you add bookmarks?

A LONG time ago when I used FrontPage...I use to use 'bookmarks' a lot to take me to a certain place within a page. Is that still possible? How can I do that with PageLines?

Sorry, this probably isn't a PageLines thing...and I think I answered by own question by providing more detail. lol My question was what if I wanted a link in the footer to go back up to a main topic? (i.e. Main Topic) I just code in wherever I want that place to be in my text. Correct? ;-) I know the answer is correct. ;-)
