I can't upload photos to my nextGEN gallery

Dear Support, I am unable to upload photos to my Nextgen gallery. It says something about an error with a long directory path .php or something...? I have BPS pro installed (Bullet Proof Security). I don't know if that's got anything to do with it. It used to work fine and now it doesn't. Please help! Kind regards, James

Hi James, Can you provide the error message you're seeing, also disable this BUllet Proof Security and see if the issue persists. If it does then, you will need to contact their support.

Then quickly activated BPS Pro again. What does contact-form-7 have to do with it? Kind regards, James

Hi James, The error above is caused by Contact Form 7, therefore we are unable to provide assistance. I recommend you contact the developer of Cform 7 and see what he/she suggests.
