Using Alternate Nav Plugin - possible?

Hi there .. bought pagelines developer and have a question on using a different plugin for main navigation menu. I'd like to use Uber Menu, which I purchased. Is it possible to use other plugins to override the regular menus that Pagelines provides? Do I need to turn off or disable the use for Ubermenu menu to show up? And lastly, are there any cons to doing this .. I'd just like a bit more pop to my menus, and of course there are several great plugins available to the wordpress community at large, that I want to take advantage of that. Chris, I don't know how he did it, but yes, a colleague of mine did use Uber menu successfully.

Thanks, rangelone, that's good to know I suppose. Anyone else with any tips? The larger question being is Pagelines not really meant to be that flexible, for customization with plugins both within the page lines store and within wordpress itself? Even though I bought the system and find it very elegant in some instances, I'm doing some heavy testing to make sure if I go down this route for my client and other clients, that it will be the right move longterm.

If you're going to use an alternative navigation plugin, I would advise getting assistance from a Pro (http://pagelines.com/pros) because you may end up toying around with it for hours and it might be pretty difficult to get what you're looking for.
