REQUEST: Paglines Framework 2.14 -> 2.2.2 Plus Membership Support

Recommended Posts

Hi, I made a restore point before upgrading to 2.2.2 (so my site isn't visually retarded right now) and when I did, my homepage with slider, and footer got completely destroyed visually, along with a bunch of other things. I need 2.2.2 so I can get access to the Plus goodies, like chat support and such, otherwise it's not very useful. I'm requesting time with a support agent to work with me so I can re-do the upgrade, and then work with them to repair the damage, make necessary changes.

To fix your footer... please read the opening post I made here: http://www.pagelines.com/forum/discussion/20093/2.2-known-issuesfixes/p1 New settings for the slider require that you update slide settings. Once you do, you'll find your slides work fine. Live chat is available for Plus members from 6AM to 3PM Pacific time.

Thanks, how can I access the Live chat before I upgrade? I'd like to get on line with someone during the process.

I was able to fix the widgets, and I've "updated" the settings for the features box but the first slide still won't show, others are. On top of this, I have this error showing... PageLines Custom LESS/CSS error. parse error: failed at `filter: progid: DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient( startColorstr='#EEE', endColorstr='#FFF',GradientType=0 ); ` line: 2093 How can I resolve these?

Additionally, I had custom CSS to push down the brand nav text. #brandnav .main-nav { padding-top:22px; } This no longer seems to take an effect.
