UTestimonials displays small grey bar to the left of the first testimonial word

I am working on a website that is not yet public so I can not attach a link. It is a new installation running Wordpress 3.4.1 and Pagelines 2.2.1. No customizations so it's a vanilla installation. The first thing I did on the site was enable UTestimonials . I noticed that there is a small grey bar to the left of the first word in the testimonial that I can not figure out where it is coming from and wish to remove it. Has anyone noticed this and know how to remove this small grey bar. Than you - chules.
