I looked at it on pingdom.com: the index page is taking about 5.5 seconds to load and the following is taking about 5 seconds: http://bibleresources.org/wp-content/themes/pagelines/pagelines-compiled-css-1341267457/. I don't know what to do to fix this. I've deactivated all plugins and that doesn't help. I've cached the site - that made it slower - so I deactivated it. Please help.
