Header, footer, page, content to match background image

I either want to make all those grey areas transparent to show background image or make them have the same background image.

You can accomplish this by messing around with the layout options (fixed width, etc), and also removing colors from the settings. If a color is removed, that area will be transparent. Aside from that, you can add a couple CSS elements to make this work.
